An ICT Company based in Harare is looking for a Senior C# Developer
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior C# Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will focus on developing, maintaining, and integrating financial modules within our ERP systems. This role requires expertise in building robust and scalable solutions, with a particular emphasis on financial systems integration, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain C# applications, focusing on ERP system integration.
● Collaborate with ERP and accounting teams to optimize modules like General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
● Develop and enhance multi-currency functionalities within ERP solutions.
● Integrate with ERP systems, including Sage (added advantage), and ensure seamless functionality.
● Troubleshoot and resolve software issues related to ERP integrations.
● Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including fiscalisation and ZIMRA FDMS.
● Provide comprehensive documentation and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Experience:
● A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development or a related field is preferred.
● Minimum 5 years of professional experience in C# development.
● Proven experience integrating with ERP systems (experience with Sage is a strong advantage).
● Strong knowledge of financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
● Experience with multi-currency systems and transactions.
● Solid understanding of accounting principles and workflows within ERP environments.
● Proficiency in database management, with experience in SQL Server or similar databases.

● Collaboration: A team player who can work effectively with ERP specialists and accounting professionals.

Preferred Experience:
● Experience in large-scale ERP implementations, particularly Sage, SAP, or similar platforms.
● Familiarity with Zimbabwean financial regulations and fiscalisation processes.
● Knowledge of financial reporting and integration with multi-currency systems.
