A reputable Security Services, ICT, and Health and Safety oriented Company is looking for an ambitious, dynamic, and result-oriented Sales Representative to gather Security Guarding contracts for the protection of private and public properties. The position is a unique and challenging opportunity to develop, implement, and manage the Sales Contracts and Marketing Business Strategy to meet the Company’s strategic objectives.
DUTIES
Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction with existing services and rectify any account-based issues or disputes.
Leading the development and execution of the company’s sales and marketing strategy, to ensure the achievement of sales targets, profitability, and business growth.
Primary selling of company products and services.
Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular face to face meetings, telephone, and email communication.
Meeting revenue targets for the company and implementing plans and tactics to ensure retention of the targets.
Keeping abreast of business trends in the market and reporting to the Directors on supply and demand, changing trends, economic activity, and competitor activities.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Preparing monthly/weekly sales reports.
REQUIREMENTS
A Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, Security or equivalent.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 1-2 years of experience in the field of Security Marketing industry.
Basic Administrative and Financial skills and presentation are an advantage.
Driver’s license is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Trello.
Should be aged between 25 to 30years old.
Good language (English) skill is a must for both written and verbal.
Good communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
