SECURITY GUARDS WANTED
We are looking for suitable qualified and trained Security Guards to work on a farm in Wedza 50 kilometers out of Marondera.
Your primary duties include patrolling designated areas, monitoring access points, identifying and reporting suspicious activity, responding to emergencies, and ensuring the safety and security of the property and its occupants.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Here’s a more detailed breakdown of the security guard’s responsibilities on the farm:
Patrolling and Surveillance
Regularly patrol assigned areas, to maintain vigilance and deter potential threats. To identify and address potential security issues.
Maintain awareness of surroundings and identify suspicious behavior or activities.
Access Control
Control and monitor access to the property, verifying identities and issuing access passes as needed.
Ensure that only authorized personnel and vehicles enter the premises. Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, and security breaches.
Emergency Response
Follow established protocols and procedures for handling emergencies, including fire, medical, and security incidents.
Provide assistance to individuals in need and coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of incidents, observations, and activities. Prepare accurate and timely reports on security events and issues.
Communication
Communicate effectively with supervisors, other security personnel, and relevant authorities.
Provide assistance and guidance to visitors, employees, and other members of the public.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
