Security Guard Supervisor with Motorcycle Riding Skills
Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Guard Supervisor who possesses exceptional leadership skills and is proficient in motorcycle riding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our team of security guards, ensuring that security protocols are adhered to, and maintaining a safe environment for our clients and their properties.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards on duty.
Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises and identify any security risks.
Enforce security protocols and procedures to prevent unauthorized access or activities.
Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents.
Provide guidance and support to security guards as needed.
Maintain accurate records of security-related activities and incidents.
Conduct training sessions for security guards to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Ride a motorcycle to patrol larger areas efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory role in the security industry.
Proficiency in motorcycle riding with a valid motorcycle license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities and decision-making skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security or law enforcement is a plus.

Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.

Able to work under minimum supervision
