THE POSITION(1)
Reports to Engineering Manager at Hwange Power Station
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in relevant Engineering discipline
Membership of the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers (ZIE)
6 years Post Graduate experience
Key Performance Areas
Prepares programmes and guidelines for carrying out plant efficiency tests
Analyses the use of coal, water, diesel using plant performance statistics
Prepares the final reports on the status/condition of plant before and after major overhauls
Sets and reviews performance targets for subordinates
Compiles the capital and expenditure budget for the section
Masters is an added advantage to all posts.
