SECRETARY (REGISTRAR’S OFFICE) (1 POST)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Filing all office documents;
Typing of correspondence;
Ordering all stationery requirements;
Distributing stationery;
Ordering of tea requirements;
Servicing of meetings;
Controlling of incoming and outgoing mail;
Photocopying documents;
Minuting of office meetings;
Filing of confidential documents;
Any other duties as assigned by the ICT Managers
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
National Certificate in Secretarial Studies or equivalent;Five (5) O’ levels including English Language; andAt least one (1) year relevant post qualification experience.
