Responsibilities
Typing and filing of all correspondence for the Section;
Typing and printing of examination question papers;
Attending to student examination issues and results;
Organising and taking minutes for the Section;

Handling incoming and outgoing mail;
Attending to telephone enquiries;
Ordering and handling the distribution of stationery in the Section;
Dealing with other communication such as email and fax; and
Performing any other duties as delegated by the Senior Assistant Registrar, Examinations.

REQUIREMENTS
Five (5) O’ Level passes including English Language;
National Diploma in Secretarial Studies from a recognised examination board; and
At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
