Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the region by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing customer relations and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs, presenting solutions effectively and maintaining long term partnerships to support the organisation´s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Identify and convert new business opportunities. Execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Build Relationships: Engage clients with tailored product presentations and maintain lasting partnerships.
- Leverage CRM: Use CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and boost sales performance.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Sales, Procurement, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Manage Accounts: Follow up with clients post-sale, monitor account performance, and drive retention.
- Stay Informed: Research market trends and competitors, and share insights for strategic planning.
Required Skills & Experience:

- Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in FMCG, retail and hardware.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Class 4 drivers’ licence is a prerequisite.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- Quick adaptability to changing market/client needs.
