An ICT company based in Harare is looking for a Sales rep.
Key Responsibilities:
Education: At least a diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in sales, customer service, or ICT-related fields is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, particularly in the ICT or electronics sector, is advantageous. Familiarity with ICT products and technologies is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively convey technical information to customers clearly and understandably.
Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented demeanor. Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of ICT products, including hardware, software, and peripherals. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Integrity: Honest and trustworthy, with a commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the retail industry.
