We are seeking to employ highly competent sales person. The incumbents will be deployed to work in Mbare and should have an experience in servicing the general trade market of tuckshops and informal shops.
DUTIES
Candidates to apply for these posts should possess the following attributes:
Excellent selling and customer care skills.
Digital marketing skills added advantage.
Able to track, report customer needs, analysing gaps in the market and advising management.
Excellent communication skills.
Mature, self-starter and can work under minimum supervision.
Ensuring that the stock is well displayed and merchandised.
Development of a strong product knowledge in order to effectively sell and promote products to customers.
Tracing stock variances and ensuring that stocks balance.
Maintenance of accurate records on stock levels, sales figures, and customer information.
Any other sales related duties as assigned by management from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree or Certificate in in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or studying towards attaining such.
At least 2 years working experience in a similar position.
Ability to use Microsoft office package or Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
Basic mathematical and recordkeeping skills
Honest personality with no criminal record
