Job Description:
Our 4IR ICT-Business Skills Training Academy is looking to hire innovative Sales and Marketing Agents / Agencies who excel at converting leads. In this role, you will leverage both new and existing relationships to drive sales growth in the following market segments:
- Private & Government Organizations (B2B | B2G)
- Industry Experts (Working Professionals)
- Tertiary Students
- High School Students (from Form 3 up to upper 6)
- Kids-In-Technology (from preschool ages up to Form 2)
A strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
Operational Information:
- Selected Agents shall be on boarded and will receive sales material for use on the job
- Selected Agents shall pay USD$5 application fee prior to on boarding & info-sharing
- Agent shall submit all student applications and POPs to indicate their referral
- Agent shall cover their marketing costs and expenses and work from own office space
- Commissions TBA upon on boarding shall be processed for every calendar month
