We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Field Officer to join our team and drive sales in rural areas. As a Sales Field Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets in rural communities. Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and identify potential customers in rural areas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in rural areas or similar environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within rural areas.
Knowledge of the local language or dialect in rural areas is a plus.
