Job Description
This role is individually accountable for the sales of the Branch and client servicing. The Sales Consultant role is fully multi-skilled across products and processes and has extensive, relevant experience.
Exploits sales opportunities for Group products.
Identifies and obtains required knowledge, tools and systems to equip self to provide trusted financial advice and build trusting relationships.
Ensures that customers’ needs are explored and understood, by conducting needs analysis.
Educates and guides clients in terms of after sales servicing and maintenance on products sold.
Educates, recommends and explains processes, disclosures and requirements attached to cross selling products/services to clients, to assist them in making an informed decision.
Keeps abreast of changes to relevant regulations, rules, processes and policies to mitigate risks
