Tech Shop Sales Consultant Vacancy
Duties & Responsibilities:
Key Outputs:
Meeting and exceeding set sales targets every month.
Outstanding Customer Care
Creating Social Media Content and Attending to online queries
Telesales and
Tech savvy
Must be willing to work retail hours.
Other responsibilities include Ecocash, Zesa Tokens, DSTV Payments
Phone Repairs
Phone accessories and Tech Gadgets
Digital Products
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience, preferably retail sales experience.
Experience in the cellphone retail industry would be beneficial
Minimum qualification of Diploma in Sales Marketing or any other relevant qualification
Tertiary qualification in Marketing or IT (or any other relevant qualification) would be advantageous.
