Job Description:
Our ICT & Business Skills Training Academy is seeking an experienced and self-driven Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships and driving sales in the following market
segments:
Private & Government Organizations (B2B | B2G)
Industry Experts (Working Professionals)
Tertiary Students
High School Students (from Form 3 up to upper 6)
Kids-In-Technology (from preschool ages up to Form 2)
The ideal candidate must have strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and conduct compelling presentations and proposals to demonstrate our training offerings effectively, highlighting the value proposition.
Prospect and generate new sales leads through outbound calling, networking, and other prospecting methods.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
Keep track of weekly financial performance and new opportunities.
Willingness to uphold an out-of-office sales lifestyle.
Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationship with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and a traceable Sales and Marketing
portfolio, with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A proactive and results-driven mindset.
Clean Class 4 Driver’s License
