Responsibilities
· Improve profit and attain sales target of the Branch
· Deal with all complaints, queries, and other related customer service issues
· Ensure compliance to all the operational requirements of the store including Covid – 19 guidelines
· Come up with Branch performance improvement plans
· Establish good rapport with existing and potential customers
· Study customer buying trends and propose products and brands to stock.
· Analysis of the existing model’s suitability – relative to sales, space, supply and season – and recommendation for model changes
· Coordinates stock take preparations
· Responsible for preparing the stock take sheet register
· Assist in the self-audit process
· Supervise the receiving of all stocks meant for the Branch
· Participates in the active selling of the products to the customers
· Interfaces with customers at all levels
