SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE
A well-established organization is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing personnel
to join our dynamic team in Harare.
OBJECTIVES FOR THIS ROLE
- Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
- Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Two or more years of sales experience, within Mining industry would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field. Knowledge of Engineering would be an added advantage.
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to customer events
- A driver’s licence is a must
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate and organized records
