Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions at
the University of Zimbabwe:
NATIONAL TRANSTECH SOLUTIONS (PRIVATE) LIMITED
SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER (1 POST)
The successful candidate will report to the Finance and Administration Manager
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
A Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the
transport, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing campaigns.
A Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media, and market research
techniques. Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
| A Clean criminal record.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate would be expected to:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the
company’s products and services.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the transport sector and
other related industries.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and
customer needs.
Create and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media, to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners
to foster long-term partnerships.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the company
and its products.
Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies, adjusting tactics to achieve desired outcomes.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet set targets and business goals. Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and product catalogues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and tools to ensure the
company’s strategies remain competitive
