A construction company based in Harare is urgently looking for a Sales and Marketing Officer who
is ready to start work immediately.
JOB TITLE: Sales and Marketing Officer
Job Description
- Ensure that monthly individual targets are met
- Prepare quotations and related information to present customer with the goal of creating a sale
- Meeting with clients and working collaboratively to determine the design goals
- Assist in conducting campaign management for marketing initiatives of aluminium windows,
doors, kitchens, office partitions etc. - Ensure boards are traded profitably.
- Ensure material (board/ glass) optimization is done efficiently and timeously using Maxcut.
- To aggressively market DIY kitchens to carpenters across the country
- Ability to sell and design kitchen cabinets.
- Ensure the showroom is in line with modern cabinetry trends.
- Ability to interpret client expectations.
- Timeously do cabinetry quotations
- Digitally drive sales of company products
- To produce daily, weekly or monthly dashboards of the joinery department
- Periodically conduct competitor analysis to advise senior management.
- Responsible for trainees in the department
- Any other duties as may be assigned by your superiors.

Qualifications & Experience
- A degree in sales and marketing
- A minimum of three years field experience preferably in the Aluminium and Joinery industry
- A clean class 4 driver’s license
