Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients in event planning, construction, and outdoor event industries.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
2. Marketing Strategy:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
Create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
Manage social media accounts and online presence to increase brand awareness.
Plan and execute advertising and promotional activities. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
3. Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Use data and insights to make informed decisions and refine strategies.
