Our company is seeking a meticulous and adaptable Sales and Administration Officer.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the position. The ideal candidate
will be based in Harare.
Responsibilities
Performing research towards identifying potential sales leads and pitches.
Negotiating contracts with potential clients and implementing strategies to attract new
clients.
Identifying new market opportunities and development of strategies to grow
market share.
Coordinating sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
Providing clients with quotations and invoices expediently.
Answering and screening telephone calls, emails, social media and website messages
and comments.
Coordinating e-marketing and social media presence and updating website content.
Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to
company policies.
Preparing, updating and maintaining documents, memos, PowerPoint presentations,
customer contact lists and directories.
Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
And any other duties assigned from time to time.
Required Qualifications
National Certificate / National Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management,
Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Minimum of one year proven relevant experience in customer relationship or marketing.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Ability to network and represent the business at marketing events.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office packages and the use of email.
