Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic and motivated commission-based sales agents to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our product-based loans to civil servants across Zimbabwe. This role offers a fantastic earning potential with commissions based on sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
– Identify and target potential clients within the civil servant community.
– Promote and sell CoverZen’s product-based loans.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
– Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
– Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
– Collaborate with the CoverZen team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in sales and marketing is an added advantage.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Knowledge of the financial services sector is a plus.
