Position/Designation: Sales Agent (Commission Based)
Department: Retail Banking

Purpose of the Job:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with exceptional negotiation skills who are passionate about sales and marketing. As a sales agent, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base.
Main Responsibilities
Gather market intelligence to identify new loan customers as well as explore potential markets.
Present, promote, and sell the Bank’s loan products using persuasive arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Retail Banking team to achieve collective sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of 5 Ordinary Level passes including Mathematics and English
Excellent communication, negotiation, sales and marketing skills
Ability to work with numbers
