We are pleased to announce exciting positions which have risen for 10 Sales Agents to join our innovation and agile team countrywide. Mybuildlink is looking for self-motivated individuals with exceptional negotiation skills who are passionate about sales and marketing. As a sales agent, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding Mybuildlink client base. 2 Sales Agents each will be based in Harare, Bulawayo, Gweru, Mutare and Masvingo reporting to the Sales Consultant.
Key Attributes:
1. Possessing knowledge of the construction industry is an added advantage
2. A proven track record in sales and marketing
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Able to identify and pursue new business opportunities
5. Able to meet and exceed set targets
Key responsibilities:
1. Present and demonstrate Mybuildlink products to potential clients
2. Develop and maintain relations with new and existing clients
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
4. Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction
5. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products.
Qualifications Education
1. Minimum 5 Ordinary Level passes including Mathematics and English
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, sales and marketing skills
3. Sales certification or related course will be an added advantage
4. Being fluent in local language spoken in the region applied for is an added advantage
Remuneration
1. Attractive commission equivalent to the business acquired – paid monthly
2. Performance based incentives
