Role Description
This is a contract role for a Sales Agent at NMBZ Holdings located in Gweru, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including communication with customers, providing excellent customer service and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in sales and insurance
- Ability to provide training and instruction
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Knowledge of financial and banking products
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
