Sales Administration Clerk || Impala Car Rental
Impala Car Rental is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administration Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be numerically sharp, systems-savvy and passionate about accuracy and order.
DUTIES
- Accurately sort and process sales documents and data
- Ensure all filing and recordkeeping tallies with system records
- Support sales team operations through timely administrative updates
- Maintain well-organised physical and digital filing systems
- Perform data entry and reconciliations with precision
- Assist with reporting and documentation audits
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Administration Clerk or in a similar role
- Strong numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work within systems (ERP or related sales platforms)
- Organised, thorough and disciplined in document management
- Relevant administrative or business qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
