Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the posts that have arisen within the organisation on a fixed term contract basis.
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS
Input of data into Belina Payroll System and processing of Locum payments.
Reconciling data on computer print out with input records and documents.
Compiling of data for Medical aid scheme: payments, reconciliation, new members & termination of
Compiling and input of data for Staff Loan Schemes by deducting from all interested employees and
submitting premiums to the insurer on a monthly basis.
Processing of all statutory and external payments involving deductions from payroll i.e. PAYE, NSSA, Medical Aid, Pension, Garnishees etc. and meeting submission deadlines.
Compiling of monthly Journals, Salaries & Overtime analysis.
Compiling the monthly check register to make sure everything is done on schedule.
Ensure that Workers’ compensation, standard levy etc. are paid correctly
Ensuring the department has adequate stationary.
Ensuring all departmental filing is done monthly. Ensuring that all input information from all departments is available on time e.g. weekend books
Any other work delegated by the Payroll and Training Officer and People and Culture Manager.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
BSC in Human Resources Management.
Diploma in Payroll Administration is an added advantage.
Knowledge of managing the Belina Payroll System. • At least one year experience in payroll management.
