Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Payroll Management from a reputable and recognised institution;
- Five (5) Ordinary level passes including English Language and Mathematics or Accounts;
- One (1) year post qualification experience in payroll processing and administration is a requirement;
- Experience working in a University set up and proficiency in Belina payroll software would be added advantages.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting in processing payroll for University staff in accordance with established policies and procedures;
- Responding to payroll inquiries and resolving any discrepancies;
- Payroll data entry and maintenance;
- Assisting in preparation of payroll reports and audits as required;
- Collaborating with other Human Resource Sections to ensure accurate payroll data collection and reporting;
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring proper filing of such;
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
