Softwarehouse trading as Paynow is a rapidly growing equal-opportunity employer seeking a results-driven Revenue Acceleration Officer for the Public Sector. The job incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving sales performance, building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing pro-active support & guidance. The ideal candidate should be capable of learning online systems with minimal supervision. The role requires a customer centric mindset, knowledge of CRM systems & ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The position reports to the Business Development Manager.
Develops and implements revenue acceleration strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to align efforts and maximize revenue potential.
Identifies new market opportunities and customer segments to expand the customer base
Conducts market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
Conducts regular check-ins with clients to understand their goals, challenges and feedback.
Collaborates with product & technical support to resolve client issues effectively.
Educates clients on the features & functionalities of our products & services.
Identifies upselling & cross selling opportunities based on client needs and usage patterns.
Contributes to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives.
Builds & maintains strong relationships with clients.
Proficients in CRM Systems
Customer centric mindset & a passion for delivering exceptional client experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
Understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute revenue acceleration strategies
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Electronic Commerce, Business Management or related field
3+ years’ related experience
Hands-on experience in Sales & Marketing
Experience in a Fintech environment or similar is preferred.
Position requires a highly self-motivated individual who can work well under pressure
Team player and highly assertive
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail.
