We are seeking out a passionate and experienced individual to lead our Culinary haven.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Your role involves overseeing daily operations,
- ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and optimizing team performance.
- Managing staff and providing them with feedback.
- Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
Qualification and Experience
- Degree in hospitality
- At least 3 years experience in a restaurant industry is crucial
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer complaints
- Basic financial skills are essential.
- Knowledge of food safety and regulations
- Should be target oriented
