Women’s Coalition of Zimbabwe (WCoZ), is a network of women’s rights advocates and women’s rights organizations in Zimbabwe with national structures established in 1999. WCoZ brings women from diverse backgrounds to advocate for the attainment and enjoyment of their rights, and ensure that the women and girls. empowerment agenda remains central to the national agenda. Reporting to: Programs Manager

Job Summary
Coordinating Organization Research, Monitoring. Evaluation, Learning and Reporting processes (RMEL) processes and providing technical expertise in the implementation of RMEL. and Reporting processes for the Organisation.

Job description
The incumbent will be primarily responsible for:

  • Facilitating RMEL strategies and plans development and implementation
  • Conducting feminist situation analysis and political economy analysis studies
  • Designing, conducting and consolidating baseline surveys and mapping studies
  • Capacity-building and providing technical support to WCoZ members, partners and programs department on RMEL
  • Develop and implemented Results Management systems for all WCoZ projects
  • Identifying and analysing learnings from programming interventions and facilitating incorporation of learnings into project design.
  • Designing and conducting organizational, project and program evaluations;

Job description
The incumbent will be primarily responsible for:

  • Develop and implemented Results Management systems for all WCoZ projects
  • Identifying and analysing learnings from programming interventions and facilitating incorporation of learnings into project design.
  • Designing and conducting organizational, project and program evaluations;
  • Tracking and monitoring project/program progress, results, outputs, outcomes and impact;
  • Report writing and review ensuring that the organization complies with donor requirements and regulations;
  • Carry out any other assignments that may be given by the supervisor.

Qualifications and competencies

  • A bachelor’s Degree in research, social sciences, statistics, development studies
  • Master’s degree in a related subject is an added advantage;
  • At least 5 years-experience research monitoring and evaluation
  • Very strong Research background and experience
  • Experience in gender and women’s right’s programming
