Project: Construction of the Catholic University of Zimbabwe (CUZ) Students Accommodation SECTOR: Housing

Overview:
We want to invite interested service providers to submit their expressions of interest for the development of student hostels. This is a prequalification exercise
Project Scope:
- Location: Harare Campus, off Airport Road in Cranborne
- Construction of: Eight (8) blocks, three-storey walk-up complex
- Capacity: 1,024 beds for male and female students
Key Features:
- Structural frame with concrete columns and beams
- External walls finished in face brick
- Internal walls with PVA paint and ceramic tiles in wet areas Electrical reticulation and plumbing works
- Installation of 10,000L water tanks for each block
- Additional borehole for water supply External work includes pavements, drainage, and utilities
