The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding sales properties as well as opening and closing sales leads. The candidate will also be responsible for finding prospective rental clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criteria. You will then negotiate rent and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.

Drive property development projects
Finds and reaches out to new prospects

Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client
Ensure compliance with regulators
Qualifications
At least 5 years’ of sales experience
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
Strong communication skills
