Regional Strategic Information & Evaluation Officer: 2025 Contracts (Volunteer x1): Action for Youth Foundation Trust
Action for Youth Foundation Trust is a registered not-for-profit, non-governmental organization that creates a safe and conducive environment for Youths living with HIV, Orphans & Vulnerable Children and Youths in Key Population Communities in Zimbabwe.
The organization seeks to engage a Regional SIE Officer who will be overseeing Monitoring & Evaluation, Research and Technical Services supporting the regional and district teams at voluntary and part time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement regional SIE Plans
– Conduct SIE needs Assessment and analyze data to inform program decisions.
– Provide training and capacity building support to Program Coordinators & Assistants.
– Monitor and Evaluate SIE activities including data collection and reporting
– Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
– At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Public Health, Monitoring & Evaluation or any relevant program.
– Pursuing a Masters Degree is an added advantage
– At least 2 years of experience in SIE or M&E related field.
– CPD Qualification in Monitoring & Evaluation, Data Analysis will be an added advantage.
