Are you looking to join Prodairy? We are not just a business organization, but a fast-moving consumer goods world-class manufacturer. We are looking for a results-driven and solution-oriented individual to join our Sales Department in the role of Regional Sales Manager.

Prepares sales plans for all channels.
Maintains and expands customer base.
Keeps track of price trends of related products to align own products with pricing in the market.
Suggests new innovative sales techniques.
Maintains gross margins in line with planned pricing matrices across all product lines.
Attends to and ensures that customer complaints and suggestions are reviewed and acted upon within the set or agreed response timeframes.
Analyzes regional market trends and discovers new opportunities.
Adheres to safety, health environment, and quality systems.
Any other duties as may be required from time to time.

3 years experience in a similar role.
Degree in Sales and Marketing/Business Management or any other relevant qualification.
Software: Pastel Evolution/ Excel
Knowledge of FMCG/Dairy Business.
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet set deadlines.
Personality: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fast-paced culture.
