Description
The Union Zimbabwe Trust is seeking a highly skilled Regional MEL Specialist to join our dynamic team, to deliver on a new USAID 5-year funded Programme.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to annual and quarterly planning, support project implementation, monitoring progress towards achieving set objectives and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Support timely consolidation of quarterly, semi-annual and annual Programme reports in line with Funder requirements.
- Collection, analysis, and reporting on project data, assuring data quality and integrity.
- Strengthening the capacity of regional teams in MEL techniques and data analysis.
- Supporting development and updating of relevant national reporting tools and guidelines.
Qualifications
- A degree in Monitoring and Evaluation or related field. A post qualification in Public health, would be an added advantage.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of TB programmes or public health programme, with demonstratable understanding of Ministry of Health and Child Care, National TB Programme
- Proficiency in data analysis software and data visualization tools and strong technical writing skills.
