REGIONAL MANAGER-BULAWAYO
Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced, self-motivated and task-oriented individuals to fill the position of Regional Manager responsible for leading, directing and managing branches in the southern region.
Detailed responsibilities
To assist in the design, implementation and monitoring of Strategic and Business Plans for the assigned region(s)
Adequately implement the company’s strategic and business in the region.
Spearhead and drive stake holder engagement within their region in liaison with branch managers and supervisors.
Monitor the implementation of the branch’s plans as determined in the organization’s business plan.
Drive exceptional customer service by working closely with the customer
experience manager in a bid to ensure consistency in service excellence.
Lead in budget formulation and adherence ensuring no unapproved overruns.
Requirements-Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
A First degree from a recognized institution
Fluent in English, Ndebele & Shona critical
At least 5 years progressive experience in Business Development/Sales/Marketing
Must have a track record of achievements with results in sales and administration.
A clean class 4 driver’s licence is a must.
