Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bulawayo. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company. You will welcome guests and greet them warmly, determine the nature of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate department. You will also do clerical duties such as answering phone calls and emails, some accountinng work and managing the reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic office equipment
- Knowledge of Pastel Accounting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
