Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the following post:
RETAIL SHOP
POST: RECEPTIONIST/MONEY TRANSFER AGENT TELLER (1 POST)
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Ø 5 ‘O’ Levels (including Mathematics, Accounts and English)
Ø A level including Mathematics and Accounts
Ø At least 2 years’ experience on similar post
Ø Work experience in retail FMCG is an added advantage.
Ø National Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Banking and Finance/Accounting
Ø Computer Literate in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
Ø Pay out money for remittance and Bureau Services, do cash checks and signature checks for each client served.
Ø Generate and maintain all customer records accurately.
Ø Balance currency available at the end of each working day.
Ø Input clients’ transactions and required information into the systems.
Ø Quote unit exchange rates.
Ø Compile daily and weekly cashflow reports.
Ø Compile monthly reports.
Ø Collect float from the cashier
Ø Following all financial and security regulations and procedures.
Ø And any other duties assigned.
