Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the following

posts:

Post C: Receptionist (1 Post)

Qualifications and experience 

  • 5 ‘O’ levels including English Language
  • National Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies
  • At least 2 years work experience in a similar environment
  • Computer Literate in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Warm and professional reception of clients for laboratory services.
  • Addressing clients enquires, informing clients of laboratory tests charges and completion of laboratory test request forms and medical aid claim forms.
  • Obtain preauthorisation for laboratory tests from medical aids
  • Receiving cash payments from clients
  • Answering phone calls
  • Implement ISO 15189 quality management system requirements for attainment of accreditation.
