Position/Designation Receptionist
Department Human Resources
Location Harare
Purpose of the Job:
The incumbent will be responsible for the management of the Bank’s front office and social
media platforms. As well as the provision of professional and efficient service to clients at
all times.
Main duties and Responsibilities
• Professionally attend to incoming and outgoing calls.
• Ensure timely distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
• Receive and direct customers/visitors to their required destinations.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception areas at all times.
• Safeguard assets in the reception area and handle other assets passing through the area.
• Assist in Sales Promotions, Corporate Events, or PR Activities as required.
• Foster and promote a culture of exceptional customer care within the organization.
• Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the organizational brand.
• Working with management to advertise the organizations products and offerings.
• Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing.
• Receptionist/front office course.
• Secretarial/Administration studies.
Relevant years of Experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Demonstrate strong client focused communication and interpersonal skills.
