Receptionist cum Admin Assistant || Cospharm Pharmaceuticals Zimbabwe

DUTIES

  • Welcome and receive walk in clients and guests
  • Answering and forwarding incoming calls
  • Handling queries and complaints on the phone and on email
  • Schedule meetings and be the minute taker on some meetings
  • Procurement and ordering of all administration requirements
  • Processing of some orders for walk in clients.

Qualifications and experience

  • 5 O levels including Maths and English
  • Certificate/Diploma in Administration/Pitman’s are an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years working in a similar role
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
