DUTIES
- Welcome and receive walk in clients and guests
- Answering and forwarding incoming calls
- Handling queries and complaints on the phone and on email
- Schedule meetings and be the minute taker on some meetings
- Procurement and ordering of all administration requirements
- Processing of some orders for walk in clients.
Qualifications and experience
- 5 O levels including Maths and English
- Certificate/Diploma in Administration/Pitman’s are an added advantage
- Minimum of 2 years working in a similar role
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
