RECEPTIONIST CASHIER: UZ VN HOTEL AND LEISURE PVT LTD (2 POSTS)

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate must be able to:
 Improve customer experience at each opportune encounter/interaction
 Greet and register guests. Possession of a pleasant personality is important.
 Settle guest accounts upon completion of their stay.
 Be able to multi-task and be able to solve problems in order to effectively deal with
internal and external customers.
 Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area.
 The candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills.

Qualifications and Experience

 Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Public Relation /Sales and Marketing
 A minimum of 5 ‘O’ level passes including English Language and Mathematics.
 ‘A’ level passes will be an added advantage.
 A Diploma or Certificate in Tourism and Hospitality will be an added advantage.
 At least 2 years working experience as a Receptionist /Secretary in a reputable
organization in the Hospitality Industry.
