Duties and responsibilities
Generation of receipts upon payment
Generation of invoices
Filing of school documents
Creation of procurement lists and projecting the associated costs
Monitoring stocks and ensuring safe and secure storage of procured materials
Courting prospective clients
Accompanying prospective clients on a tour of school facilities
Inventory
Disbursement of staff salaries
Bookkeeping, generation of daily financial reports and reconciliations.
Key skills/Attributes
Ability to manipulate Microsoft word and excel
Good record keeping and filing skills
Good interpersonal skills
Fluency in English
Qualifications
Certificate or diploma in secretariat or receptionist work or any other related qualification.
