RECEPTIONIST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, welcome visitors, and handle inquiries
  • Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars
  • Process transactions and assist with administrative tasks
  • Maintain records and ensure proper documentation
  • Use office software for data entry and reporting

Requirements:

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office & digital tools)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in reception, administration, or customer service roles
  • Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
