Provider Liaison Administrator – Cimas Health Group (Pvt) Ltd

Job Summary
Cimas Health Group’s purpose is to inspire healthier communities. In pursuant to this purpose, Cimas Health Group is searching for a Provider Liaison Administrator who will be responsible for engaging healthcare service providers and maintain cordial relations through provider registrations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Profiling Service Providers for enrolment onto the service provider network.
  • Creating Cimas Health Group outposts.
  • Collecting, analysing, and utilizing data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between Cimas Health Group and Service Providers.
  • Engaging, contracts and retains providers for the Service Provider Network.
  • Resolving provider queries and ensures resolution.
  • Identifying the medical aid tariffs risk exposures and escalates to the supervisor.

Key Competencies

  • The ideal candidate should have clear verbal and written communication skills and be able to produce accurate reports.
  • Furthermore, they should be able to analyze and solve work-related problems to achieve the correct outcomes.
  • The candidate must be able to interact, negotiate and achieve targets where required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Nursing/Health Sciences or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a medical aid or hospital environment.
