RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks involve:
Source property inventories from property owners.
Advice and discuss various opportunities of property services.
Attend to inquiries
Formulate properties tailored to the needs of the clients.
Assemble detailed property portfolio and present it to clients.
Market research
Collect full details of property which includes photo shooting, arranging viewings, showing the property to potential buyers, etc…
Attend “Property nature” events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars…etc)
Skills
Excellent communication skills
Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive and assertive with a willingness to work on your own initiative
Ability to use statistical techniques to analyze and fulfill client requirement
Collecting, interpreting, problem-solving, decision-making, research skills
Computer skills
Good command of English
Strategic Planner
Analytical, Creative thinker, Dynamic character
Stress & time management skills
Should have a Driving License along with a presentable Car
Knowledge
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge and a minimum 3 years solid experience in the Property Sales.
Preferences
Added advantages would be for:
Sales & Marketing Qualification at a degree level or HND
Property sales background
