Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated, dedicated and innovative individuals to join the organization as property negotiators who are prepared to work on commission.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. To source and negotiate properties for sales and management valuations and development in the best interest of the parties involved.
2. To at all times promote advance and protect the interests of the clients, image and brand of the company 3. To assist in the drafting of valid agreements of sale for the management and or sales of properties as obtained.
4. To at all times promote, advance and protect the image and brand of the company.
5. Communicate with prospective and actual clients on any issues relating to property sales and management and build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fellow estate agents and other Industry professionals
Qualifications and Experience
Mature
Fluent in English and Ndebele Language,
Having a vehicle and a laptop is an added advantage.
Minimum educational requirement of 5 O-levels.
Postgraduate qualification in real estate, town planning.
Experience in sales, administration, banking and insurance is an added advantage.
