A construction company based in Harare is urgently seeking a Projects Supervisor who is ready to
start work immediately.
Job Title: Projects Supervisor
Job Description:
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment on project objectives and
deliverables.
Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed
efficiently.
Ensure that all products and processes meet quality standards and specifications.
Manage the day-to-day operations of field projects of all types.
Maintain professional standards of work to ensure projects are completed on time and
within budget.
Conduct post-excavation analysis and reporting on projects undertaken in a timely manner
and to the highest professional standard.
Assist in developing methods for project initiation, execution, and delivery.
Evaluate project performance against goals and take necessary action to address any
deviations.
Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal skills.
Extensive critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work comfortably in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
A diploma in construction management; a certificate in project management is preferred.
A minimum of five years of field experience, preferably in the aluminium and joinery
industry.
A clean Class 4 driver’s license.
