Project Mentor (Volunteer) Brighter Future Child Protection Project: Action for Youth Foundation Trust

Reports To: Capacity Building Manager

Deadline: 29 April 2024

Action for Youth Foundation Trust is looking for a Project Mentor who will be providing mentorship to the organization through under Brighter Future Child Protection Project at a voluntary basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Providing guidance to the organization on Child Protection programs.
– To provide mentorship to the District teams on the OVC Programming.
– Liaising with the Regional Coordinator, Clinical Mentor, ASRH Mentor on providing technical assistance
– Updating the organization on the current Child Protection Policies.
– Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

– A degree in Social Work or Sociology is a must.
– Registered with Council of Social Workers is an added advantage.
– 2 years experience working at a Department of Social Services or an NGO working with OVCs.
